Souffle!
Another collaboration with Michelin Star winning chef Bjorn Van Der Horst. Shooting a souffle is a lot like shooting ice cream in that you really cant afford to hang around. Fortunately the styling is so simple in this shot that we got a nice exposure early in the process and were able to eat the souffle before it was too cold and flat.
