Snails!

This image was a collaboration with Michelin Star winning chef Bjorn Van Der Horst. It was for a mini cook book promoting the produce of the Languedoc Roussillon region of France and the snails were delicious! I always enjoy eating snails and find their meaty juicy nature contrary to the expectation that they'll be in some way slimy.
