Indian Potato Dish T/S Style

Another image made possible through the use of my trusty canon 90mm T/S lens. A friend recently asked me if I did my focus effects in post processing, I was obviously horrified! I'm not even sure if it'd be possible to get the same kind of grads in fall off in photoshop. Even if you can I'd have no idea where to start.
